Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 14 to 18 years of experience in Analytics and Networks. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development and implementation of advanced technical solutions. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to meet business needs.
  • Oversee the integration of network technologies to ensure seamless operation and high performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable and reliable network systems.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data through robust analytics and network protocols.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and optimize systems for improved efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices for data management and network security.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.

  • Extensive experience in analytics and network technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of leading technical projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of data management and network security best practices.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
