Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive-CDM/PV with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Excel and a strong background in Core Commerce and Multi Channel domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day operations efficiently and contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations within the Core Commerce and Multi Channel domains.
  • Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for reference and training purposes.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of team performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to bring innovative solutions to the team.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Should have a solid understanding of Core Commerce and Multi Channel domains.
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be adaptable to a hybrid work model and flexible with day shifts.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Should have experience in process documentation and compliance.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Should have a strong track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Must be able to contribute to the companys success and impact on society.

    Advanced Excel Certification Core Commerce Certification
