Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 17 to 21 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in FLEXCUBE modules and domain skills in various banking operations. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for FLEXCUBE implementations and upgrades.
  • Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance on FLEXCUBE modules such as Retail Teller Interfaces Receivable Term Deposits Retail Lending and Funds Transfer.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of FLEXCUBE modules with existing banking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
  • Monitor project progress and performance addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with FLEXCUBE modules including Retail Teller Interfaces Receivable Term Deposits Retail Lending and Funds Transfer.
  • Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Transactions Reconciliation (Branch Banking) Payment Processing (Branch Bank) General Ledger (BFS) CMS (BFS) Customer Acquisition & Onboarding (Branch Bank) and Account Setup Maintenance & Closure (Branch Bank).
  • Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Have a solid understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management.
  • Possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Showcase strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Display a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Certifications Required

    nice to have - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
