Location - Las Vegas.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agilist with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Analysis & Planning Agile Requirements Management and a strong background in Mobility-T&H. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment and contribute to our companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the product backlog ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and track project progress identifying and addressing any impediments or risks that may impact delivery.
  • Ensure that the team adheres to agile best practices and continuously seeks opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of team performance providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Support the team in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other agile teams and departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
  • Utilize agile tools and techniques to manage and track project progress ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of agile training programs and workshops for team members and stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Business Analysis & Planning with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Must have expertise in Agile Requirements Management including the ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog.
  • Must have domain experience in Mobility-T&H with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and address project risks and impediments.
  • Should have experience with agile tools and techniques such as Jira Confluence or similar.
  • Nice to have experience in conducting agile training programs and workshops.

Certifications Required

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP preferred.
