Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Configuration and domain expertise in Cheminformatics. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Oversee the configuration of SFDC to meet the specific needs of the project.
  • Provide expertise in Cheminformatics to ensure project alignment with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and create detailed reports for management.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure that all action items are tracked and completed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Provide training and support to team members on SFDC and Cheminformatics best practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Must have strong expertise in SFDC Configuration.
  • Must have domain experience in Cheminformatics.
  • Should have excellent project management skills.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Should be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Should have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

    PMP Certification Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator
