Job summary
As part of a dynamic and growing engineering team the Software Engineer will contribute to the development and enhancement of the Meritsoft next gen systems. The role involves collaborating with development teams and dev lead to deliver secure high-performing and scalable solutions that meet client and product needs.
Responsibilities
Work closely with senior developers and business teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions.
Contribute to the development and deployment of products in both AWS and on-premise environments.
Design develop and maintain software applications using .NET 8 and C#.
Write secure reliable and high-quality code that adheres to established standards.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups backlog refinement and estimation sessions.
Review code with a focus on clarity performance and maintainability.
Ensure code meets quality expectations through proper testing and best practices.
Troubleshoot & debug the code efficiently and effectively.
Write unit and coded tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
Support QA teams in testing and validating software solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
