A Senior Solutions Consultant - ServiceNow in sales is to serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor, collaborating with the sales team to comprehend clients' business challenges. What you'll do
Senior Solution Consultant analyzes client needs, develops tailored solutions, and collaborates with the sales team to articulate the technical aspects of the organization's products or services. This role involves providing technical expertise, conducting demonstrations, and supporting the sales process, ultimately contributing to successful engagements and fostering enduring client relationships
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend clients' business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
· Offer comprehensive technical knowledge to elucidate the capabilities and advantages of the organization's products or services.
· Develop customized solutions tailored to address specific client needs, taking into account industry requirements and product/service features.
· Support the sales process by closely working with the team, providing technical insights, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
· Conduct demonstrations to illustrate the functionality and features of products or services, aiding clients in visualizing their application.
· Educate clients on the technical aspects of proposed solutions, address queries, and offer insights for well informed decision-making.
· Create and maintain technical documentation supporting the sales process, ensuring communication clarity.
· Assist in project coordination during the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to implementation.
· Manage technical inquiries, facilitate a smooth transition to implementation, and ensure post-sale client satisfaction.
What you bring to the role:
6+ years working with the ServiceNow platform in any client-facing consulting role
2+ years working with the ServiceNow platform in a dedicated presales role
ServiceNow Certifications Required (at least one):
Certified Implementation Specialist CIS (any) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)

The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
