Administration and Maintenance:

  • Perform advanced administration tasks, including the installation, configuration of Domino servers.
  • Have extensive experience in version upgrade for Domino server
  • Have experience to implement SSO in Dominio platform
  • Monitor server performance, capacity, and security, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  • Implement and maintain Domino clustering and replication.
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting synchronizing issue between Domino email ID & AD
  • Support third part tools Ex: Notrix, Ytria as needed by the environment.

Architectural Design:

  • Develop and implement architectural strategies for the Domino environment to align with organizational goals.
  • Design scalable and efficient Domino solutions to support business requirements and growth.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the Domino infra.

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Provide third-level support for complex issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure the Domino environment complies with organizational security policies and industry standards.
  • Implement and manage security measures, including access controls, encryption, and antivirus protection.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Backup and Recovery:

  • Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures for Domino servers.
  • Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with other IT teams to integrate Domino with other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.

Summary of Technical skills

  • Extensive experience with Domino administration and troubleshooting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Domino architecture, clustering, and replication.
  • Familiarity with Domino scripting and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, including DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
  • Experience with backup and recovery solutions for Domino.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Domino architecture solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

  • The annual salary for this position is [$73,350 to $116,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  • This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
