Workday AMS Manager

The Manager Global AMS is expected to provide expert guidance to the AMS management team and their subsequent team members. Minimum of 12 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience and at least 4 to 6 years of experience in client facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model. Knowledge of multiple Workday modules business processes security. This individual will provide senior-level guidance and delivery of Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers functional consultants and technical consultants in delivering the set of assigned handled services accounts.
  • Provide clients with expertise around standard processes and Workday touchpoints.
  • Ability to help client work through difficult decisions.
  • Assist Service Delivery managers in forecasting for project team.
  • Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements. Promote a team oriented ambitious and innovative work environment.
  • Certification in Workday HCM or Integrations is mandatory.
  • Provide domain expertise on Workday standard processes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Workday Technical Reports to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Provide technical expertise in Workday HCM to support HR processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for technology solutions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Workday system configuration and customization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday applications.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday features.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and improvements to bring to bear new functionalities.
  • Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience and demonstrated ability in client facing roles handling led services in a global delivery model.
  • Nice to have skills Technical Skills Workday Revenue Management Workday Spend Management Domain Skills.
  • Should have good understanding of SaaS based Managed Services model.
  • Should have good understanding of HCM process areas.
  • Must have active Workday Certification.
  • Must have active EAS Workday certification
  • Must have good experience in Workday Financial Management.
  • Must have expertise in developing and maintaining Workday Technical Reports.
  • Must have experience with Workday HCM.
  • Nice to have demonstrated ability in Finance and Accounting.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Looking for someone with good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have good project management skills.
  • Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Must have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Must have the ability to lead multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Must have good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
