Job summary

We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FileNet and will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that align with our business objectives. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical architecture and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of FileNet solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of technical architecture for various projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance standards.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for architecture design and implementation processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and deployment phases.
  • Mentor junior architects and developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in FileNet with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a deep understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Show proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
  • Ensure solutions are compliant with security and regulatory standards.
  • Possess strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Certifications Required

Certified FileNet P8 Administrator or equivalent certification.
