Responsibilities:
· Engage in the design of digital products and services spanning revenue management, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics within a multidisciplinary team encompassing Data & Service Design.
· Translate information into actionable strategies and designs, collaborating effectively with fellow designers, process specialists, Product Owners, and end-users.
· Serve as an internal advocate for the Product & Service Design culture, providing guidance to colleagues.
· Participate comprehensively in the entire design lifecycle: research, ideation, conceptualization, design execution, testing, and validation.
· Plan and conduct both primary and secondary research initiatives, synthesize collected data, and generate insightful findings to inform recommendations and solutions.
· Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking methodologies to the creation of deliverables, ranging from low-fidelity to high-fidelity prototypes.
· Plan and facilitate internal and external workshops aimed at resolving complex challenges.
· Produce project deliverables, including UI prototypes (both low and high fidelity), project plans, design system documentation, research discussion guides, insight reports, and presentations.
· Coordinate workstreams with digital teams, business units, and other IT service departments as required.
· Communicate effectively with business stakeholders throughout the Service Design process, including training and knowledge transfer activities.
· Influence product teams through data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
· Solid professional experience in the design of digital products and services within multidisciplinary teams.
· In-depth understanding of Service Design and UX Design principles, including demonstrable experience in the implementation and facilitation of the overall design process, employing methodologies such as Process Mapping, User Journey Mapping, User Story Mapping, Wireframing, UI prototyping, and User Testing.
· Proficiency in industry-standard design and research tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision, UserTesting).
· Proven experience in the design, development, and management of Design Systems.
· Strong communication and organizational acumen, coupled with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Experience working within Agile and SAFe methodologies (familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
· Demonstrated experience in project vision definition, execution, and ensuring overall quality.
· Experience in planning and conducting user research and user testing sessions, including the development of moderator guides and the synthesis of findings.
· A proven ability to champion User-Centered Design approaches to foster a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and desires.
· Experience in designing responsive digital products, with a strong emphasis on native and hybrid mobile applications.
· Experience in the planning and facilitation of workshops.
· Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English for daily professional interactions.
