Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience in Windows Server Administration Azure AD PowerShell Windows and Active Directory Administration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of our projects ensuring seamless integration and administration of Windows-based systems.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of Azure AD to support secure and efficient access control.
  • Provide expertise in PowerShell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage Active Directory services including user account management group policies and security settings.
  • Ensure the stability and security of Windows systems through regular updates patches and monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for system administration security and compliance.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Good technical knowledge and exposure to Microsoft based server side technoligies including Windows Server Active Directory Group Policy Exchange server
  • Work experience on SCOM and SCCM tools.
  • Scripting and automation of manaual processes using powershell.Auditing of existing scripts to make them more optimized and improved.
  • Active Directory Domain and Domain Controllers Resiliency.Vulnerability and Security remediation.
  • Domain controller & domain uplift to higher and latest version.
  • Enterprise Applications integration with the Active Directory Authentications (SSO).
  • Active Directory Optimization (OU GPO consolidation).
  • Domain consolidation & migration.Azure AAD Connect & Sync O365 support.
  • Work experience on several third-party tools and products such as Quest ActiveRoles Server & GPOAdmin to safeguard & have better controls on Active Directory.
  • Must have strong experience in Windows Server Administration ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Must have expertise in Azure AD managing access control and security.
  • Must have proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and efficiency.
  • Must have experience in Active Directory Administration including user management and security settings.
  • Nice to have knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and integration.
  • Nice to have experience with additional Microsoft technologies and tools.

    Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
