Process Specialist - B&L

Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist for our B&L team with 5 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create and manage complex data sets ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in the development of process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance process efficiency.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving process improvements that positively impact customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Have a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Show a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Have experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
