Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Azure technologies and a strong background in the Process Manufacturing Industry. This role involves designing implementing and managing cloud infrastructure solutions ensuring optimal performance and security. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Driving the adoption of DevOps practices, automating processes across the entire software development lifecycle, and improving efficiency and reliability

  • CI/CD Pipeline Optimization: Designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Infrastructure Automation (Leveraging IaC): Utilizing Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure in Azure and AWS based on application needs.
  • Testing Automation: Collaborating with development and QA teams to design and implement automated testing strategies across different layers (unit, integration, end-to-end).
  • Release Management Automation: Automating release processes, including environment setup, deployment orchestration, and rollback strategies.
  • Configuration Management Automation: Implementing and managing configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) to ensure consistent and automated configuration of systems.
  • Kubernetes Management and Automation: Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS): Automating the deployment, configuration, scaling, and management of AKS clusters. Implementing best practices for Kubernetes security and operations.
  • Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS): Automating the deployment, configuration, scaling, and management of EKS clusters. Implementing best practices for Kubernetes security and operations.
  • Monitoring and Alerting Automation: Automating the setup and configuration of monitoring and alerting in New Relic based on application and infrastructure requirements.
  • Self-Service Infrastructure: Enabling developers with self-service capabilities for provisioning and managing infrastructure through automation.
  • DevOps Culture and Practices: Evangelizing and promoting DevOps principles, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Toolchain Integration: Ensuring seamless integration between different tools in the DevOps toolchain (e.g., Azure DevOps, Terraform, New Relic, SonarQube).
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Process Manufacturing Industry.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in AzureIAC-ARM Bicep and Terraform.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Cloud Discovery and Azure Monitor.
  • Have a strong background in Azure Landing Zone and Azure Virtual Machines.
  • Show expertise in Azure Solution Architect and Azure Recovery Services Vault.
  • Have hands-on experience with Azure Migration Projects and Azure App Service.
  • Be proficient in Azure AKS and Azure App Gateway.
  • Possess scripting skills in Powershell.
  • Have domain expertise in the Process Manufacturing Industry.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Certifications Required

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
