As a Human Resources Shared Services Coordinator, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Human Resources team, collaborating with the teams in both Hungary and France. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve workflows while upholding our commitment to quality and continuous learning. Basic Purpose of Role

Manages end-to-end HRSS processes (from hire to exit) and provide support in French and English. A minimum B2 proficiency in both French and English is a requirement.

Tasks and Responsibilities

· Provide Multilingual support within HRSS team

· Provide end-to-end administrative support in HR processes for the entire lifecycle for the employees during their Cognizant tenure

· Cooperation with HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization

· Reviewing, improving, managing HRSS processes

· Report the issues and challenges to her/his manager

· Maintain agreed SLA and SOP on all processes

· Maintain the required trackers and manage the efforts efficiently

· Suggest proactively ideas for improvement

· Ensure process deliverables with quality, consistent on-time delivery and productivity

· Efficiently handle HR operations processing in timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed

· Responsible for process enhancements and process re-engineering

· Provides first in-line support, responding to queries & signposting employees to policies, procedures & specialist advice from the other members of the team

· Ensure Stakeholder Service experiences throughout the operations and consistent on-time delivery

· Efficiently manage and administer the HR operations processing timely and accurate

· Manage documents archiving

· Other ad hoc tasks

Other:

· Good Verbal and Written communication skills

· MS Office especially Excel, Word, Outlook

· 3+ years in HR or related administration / process management experience, preferably in multinational company
