Automic Automation Specialist - UC4

Description:
The IT Automic Automation Specialist will be a member of the IT Service Management team. The Automic Automation Specialist is mainly involved for automating the jobs into Automic tool. Gather requirements
from different IT specialist and implement them into the Automic tool.

Professional and Technical:
• Candidate must have at least 7-10 years of experience in working with Automic Automation or a similar job scheduling system as a workflow developer.
• Designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4)
• Processing service requests related to job scheduling and Automation.
• Advising IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automation
• Good knowledge of technologies in Unix, Java and Shell scripting
• Good understanding and experience in IT Operation and their processes
• Candidate must have exposure to technical requirement analysis, planning and coordination.
• Knowledge and good exposure to Change & Release Management and Incident Management.
