Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP MM Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Functional Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP MM-Special Procurements SAP Inventory Management SAP Purchasing and SAP-MM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and will be able to effectively manage and oversee various projects. This role is hybrid and requires day shift work. No travel is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP MM modules including Special Procurements Inventory Management and Purchasing.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP MM to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP MM best practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other modules.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of SAP MM.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP MM processes and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize SAP MM functionality.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP MM module.
  • Participate in project planning and provide input on resource allocation and timelines.
  • Support the development and execution of test plans for SAP MM enhancements and upgrades.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP MM trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong experience in SAP MM-Special Procurements SAP Inventory Management SAP Purchasing and SAP-MM.
  • Should have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Nice to have domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
  • Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Should have experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain effective documentation.
  • Should be committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
