Senior Process Executive - P&C

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Process Executive - P&C with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Insurance Products and MS Office along with domain skills in Rewrite quotes and Renewal Issuance. This hybrid role requires night shift availability and proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the processing of insurance products to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide support in rewriting quotes and ensure all necessary adjustments are made efficiently.
  • Manage the issuance of renewal policies ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of insurance documents to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within the designated night shift hours.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide valuable insights based on your experience.
  • Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality service that positively impacts clients and society.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and their processing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have experience in rewriting quotes and managing renewal issuance processes.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Display strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
