Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow SAM solutions to manage software assets efficiently
Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize software usage to reduce costs
Develop best practices for software procurement deployment and retirement
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Integrate ServiceNow SAM with other ITSM and ITOM modules for seamless operations
Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams working on ServiceNow implementations
Conduct audits and generate reports to track software usage and compliance
Automate workflows to improve efficiency in software asset management
Required Skills Qualifications
Extensive experience in ServiceNow SAM and IT Asset Management ITAM
Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements
Expertise in ServiceNow development configuration and integration
Ability to design scalable and efficient solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SAM or ITIL Foundation are preferred
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
