Delivery Manager, Oracle Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our Oracle practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will

  • Manage project delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the required quality standards.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to customer’s critical applications inline with business goals.
  • Lead cross functional teams to provide services for Product delivery, Data Management, Analytics, Engineering, Operations and business etc.
  • Find opportunities for continuous improvement by partnering with clients to evaluate legacy modernization and improve the functionality and processes to enhance cost-benefit, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead competency enablement team by facilitating up-skilling/cross-skilling/re-skilling programs and group discussions on various technologies, such as leadership development, business transformation and restructuring, and performance management, using demonstrated thought leadership and relevant experience.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills).

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a project manager for large and complex projects within the Oracle space.
  • Handle project scope, schedule, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Adaptable in managing conflict within a dynamic environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.

  • PMP Certification from PMI.

Working arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client office in Mississauga, ON.
