Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience in Cisco SD WAN Switching & Routing Cisco and Software Defined Networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in User Access & Identity Management IT business support and IT Security. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift environment to support our IT infrastructure and security needs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of Cisco SD WAN solutions to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Cisco Switching & Routing to support seamless network operations.
  • Provide expertise in Software Defined Networks to enhance network flexibility and scalability.
  • Manage user access and identity management processes to ensure secure and efficient access to IT resources.
  • Support IT business operations by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Implement IT security measures to protect the organizations data and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular network assessments to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor network performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the organizations IT infrastructure remains current.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and security protocols.
  • Document all network configurations changes and incidents for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all IT operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Cisco SD WAN Switching & Routing Cisco and Software Defined Networks.
  • Demonstrate expertise in User Access & Identity Management IT business support and IT Security.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
  • Have a proven track record of managing and securing IT infrastructure in a hybrid work environment.
