Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive - CHD with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in speaking Mandarin and domain experience in Online ISV and Hi-Tech industries. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily operational tasks efficiently to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin to support various business processes.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Monitor and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize domain knowledge in Online ISV and Hi-Tech to enhance operations.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet performance targets.
- Adapt to changing business needs and take on new responsibilities as required.
