Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience in Finacle Core and Asset & Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of Finacle Core solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and integration of Finacle Core with existing systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on Asset & Wealth Management processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Finacle Core implementations.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product enhancements.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Finacle Core and Asset & Wealth Management.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategic planning.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase product capabilities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Finacle Core and Asset & Wealth Management.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Finacle Core and its functionalities.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Asset & Wealth Management processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in system integration and customization.
  • Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Be adept at client engagement and relationship management.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills.
  • Have a proven track record of successful product implementations.

    Finacle Core Certification Certified Wealth Management Specialist (CWMS)
