Senior Process Executive - P&C

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - P&C with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and a background in Property & Casualty Insurance particularly in Auto Claims. This hybrid role requires night shifts offering a dynamic work environment to enhance your skills and contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and generate reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze claim data to identify trends and recommend improvements in claim handling procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all claim processing activities.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry practices and technologies.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives through proactive contribution.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage in continuous learning to expand knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance and related domains.
  • Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance with a focus on Auto Claims.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Show attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex claim data and documentation.
  • Display problem-solving abilities to address challenges and improve processes.
  • Have a willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in a hybrid work model is a plus showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

  • Certifications Required

    Certification in Property & Casualty Insurance or related field preferred.
