Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Test Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software products packages and platforms along with proficiency in test metrics and reporting. This role requires hands-on experience with SNOW device testing and various testing tools and frameworks. The candidate should be adept in manual end-to-end business process assurance and familiar with tools like RALLY HP ALM and Jira. A background in Advent G


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of software products packages and platforms to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Utilize test metrics and reporting to provide insights and improvements in testing processes.
  • Implement device testing strategies to ensure compatibility and performance across various devices.
  • Employ testing tools and frameworks to automate and streamline testing procedures.
  • Perform manual end-to-end business process assurance to validate system workflows.
  • Use SNOW for tracking and managing testing incidents and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams using RALLY HP ALM and Jira to track testing progress and issues.
  • Apply basic programming skills to create and execute test scripts as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
  • Support the implementation of new testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using testing tools such as RALLY HP ALM and Jira.
  • Have a solid understanding of Advent Geneva and its application in testing scenarios.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Display a commitment to delivering high-quality testing outcomes consistently.

  • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst
