Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Team Lead in the Property & Casualty sector where you will leverage your expertise in MS Office to drive operational excellence. With a hybrid work model and night shifts you will play a pivotal role in managing processes and ensuring seamless operations. Your contributions will enhance our service delivery and positively impact the insurance domain.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in executing daily operations efficiently ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Oversee the management of claims processes within the Property & Casualty insurance domain ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to analyze data generate reports and streamline workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery in night shifts.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all operations.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process optimization and innovation.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Support the team in resolving complex issues and provide solutions that align with company objectives.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint to perform data analysis and reporting tasks effectively.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes particularly in claims management to drive operational success.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Have experience in leading teams in a night shift environment ensuring productivity and morale are maintained.
  • Display problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified MS Office Specialist Property & Casualty Insurance Certification
