Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of robust applications using Spring Boot and Microservices to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee the integration of Java Fullstack solutions to streamline processes and improve user experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Base 24 domain solutions.
  • Drive the optimization of existing systems focusing on performance improvements and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support ongoing system enhancements and user training.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with new skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes to align technical solutions with business objectives.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Java Fullstack development showcasing the ability to create dynamic and responsive applications.
  • Exhibit deep understanding of Core Java principles enabling efficient problem-solving and system optimization.
  • Have experience in Base 24 domain ensuring relevant solutions are tailored to industry-specific needs.
  • Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Display excellent communication skills facilitating clear and effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
