Job Summary
As an Experience Strategist you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that align with our business goals. With a focus on visual design and branding you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions. Your expertise in tools like Sketch Figma and Adobe XD will drive the design process ensuring impactful and user-centric outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process by leveraging tools such as Sketch Figma and Adobe XD to create compelling user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into design strategies.
- Develop and implement visual design elements that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee the creation of visual branding materials that align with company standards and resonate with target audiences.
- Provide insights into the latest design trends and incorporate them into projects to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the companys brand identity and meet high-quality standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop to refine and enhance visual elements for various digital platforms.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in design thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation within the team.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by creating designs that positively impact user interactions and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Sketch Figma Adobe XD and Adobe Photoshop.
- Demonstrate expertise in visual design elements and fundamentals.
- Have a solid understanding of visual branding principles.
- Experience in investment banking operations or brokerage is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Display a keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/Year to $142,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
