Job Summary

As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Microservices and Java technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site providing flexibility and work-life balance.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust software applications using Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of microservices architecture
  • Implement best practices for software development and ensure code quality through regular reviews
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to enhance application performance and reliability
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in software development
  • Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate application functionality
  • Document software designs and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies within the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in Spring Boot and Java with a strong understanding of microservices architecture
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Have experience in agile development methodologies and practices
  • Show proficiency in unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
