Job Summary

The Sr. Software Engineer B2 role is designed for experienced professionals with 8 to 10 years of expertise in software development. The position requires proficiency in React JS Spring Boot and Java with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. The role operates in a hybrid work model allowing flexibility while ensuring collaboration during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable software applications using React JS Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize software solutions that align with company goals.
  • Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
  • Contribute to the development of software documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and system understanding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Ensure software security by implementing best practices and conducting regular security assessments.
  • Support deployment processes and monitor application performance post-deployment to ensure stability and user satisfaction.

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in React JS Spring Boot and Java showcasing the ability to develop robust applications.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues effectively.
  • Possess strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Show experience in automated testing frameworks and a commitment to software quality assurance.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and integrating new technologies into existing systems.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment.
