Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using React JS Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test new features ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues providing timely solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation ensuring clarity and accuracy for future reference and training purposes.
  • Engage in agile development processes attending daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align with project goals and timelines.
  • Utilize version control systems to manage code changes effectively ensuring consistency and traceability across development cycles.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to validate software functionality reducing manual testing efforts and improving efficiency.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies applying new knowledge to improve software development practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations safeguarding sensitive information throughout development. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong understanding of React JS Spring Boot and Java with proven experience in developing scalable applications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in agile methodologies with a track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Show expertise in version control systems such as Git to manage code changes and collaborate with team members efficiently.
  • Have experience in automated testing frameworks enhancing software quality and reducing manual testing efforts.
  • Display strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field with relevant industry certifications being a plus.
