Job Summary

The Sr. Process Executive-Ops will play a crucial role in managing and executing operational processes with precision and efficiency. With a focus on MS Office skills the candidate will ensure smooth workflow and contribute to the companys success in the insurance domain. This hybrid role requires night shift availability and offers an opportunity to work on Auto - Policy Admin Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance processes.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
  • Utilize MS Office skills to create analyze and maintain documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity.
  • Support the team in resolving issues related to Auto
  • Policy Admin and Auto
  • Claims.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive process improvements.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members to ensure seamless integration.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of operational goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance processes and trends.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Possess experience in Auto
  • Policy Admin and Auto
  • Claims processes.
  • Exhibit understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and night shift.
  • Display strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve operational processes.
  • Have excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Present problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational challenges.

  • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is required. Certification in Insurance Operations is a plus.
