Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Lead Architect to join our dynamic IT team. As the Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across our organization. Your expertise will guide our ServiceNow strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and technical roadmap.

Core Responsibilities

  • Architect and Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ServiceNow development team, including code reviews, mentoring, and setting development standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • System Upgrades: Manage and oversee ServiceNow platform upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to ServiceNow and recommend improvements to enhance the platform's capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are required. Additional certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, Mobile App and CSM. Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, SOAP, REST, and other relevant technologies.
  • Architectural Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow architectures and integrations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
