Job summary

Join our dynamic team as a BPO PE Data Analyst where you will leverage your expertise in MS Office to enhance data processing and analysis. With 2 to 6 years of experience you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business operations. This position requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift work model from our office.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous quality control measures.
  • Develop and maintain databases to support ongoing data analysis and reporting needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the team informed and competitive.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data management best practices.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans by providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and analysis methodologies.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance data processing capabilities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and align on project goals.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show experience in data management and quality control processes.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Present a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Office Specialist Certification in Excel
