Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated BPO SPE Data professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in MS Office and excellent proficiency in English. This role is based in the office and operates during the day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in data management and process optimization contributing to the companys efficiency and success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor data trends and identify areas for improvement to enhance business performance.
  • Support the implementation of new data management systems and tools.
  • Assist in training team members on data management best practices and tools.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in data handling.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
