Job summary

Join our dynamic team as a BPO PE Data Specialist where you will leverage your expertise in MS Office to streamline data processes and enhance operational efficiency. With 2 to 6 years of experience you will play a crucial role in managing data-driven projects ensuring accuracy and compliance and contributing to the success of our day-to-day operations. Your proficiency in English will be essential in communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee data processing tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for data management
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create maintain and analyze data reports that support business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all data-related activities
  • Provide timely and accurate data insights to support decision-making processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals
  • Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions to address discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and procedures
  • Assist in training team members on best practices for data handling and MS Office usage
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
  • Support the integration of new technologies to enhance data processing capabilities
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies that improve business outcomes
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and address challenges in data management

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Possess strong analytical skills to interpret and present data effectively
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Display attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy
  • Have experience in data management and process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges effectively.

  • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
