Job summary

The BPO SPE Data role requires a professional with 3 to 7 years of experience in managing and analyzing data within a BPO environment. The candidate will be responsible for utilizing MS Office tools to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy. This position is based in the office and operates during day shifts with no travel required. Proficiency in English for reading writing and speaking is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze large sets of data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in BPO operations.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating records.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data for comprehensive analysis.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the training of new team members on data management best practices.
  • Monitor data trends and report any anomalies to the management team.
  • Support the implementation of new data management technologies and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data-related projects.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance data quality and accessibility.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss data management goals and progress.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint to manage and present data effectively.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Have experience in a BPO environment understanding the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Be adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
