Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated PTG Sr. Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience specializing in UiPath. This role is remote allowing you to work from the comfort of your home during day shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong English language skills and will contribute to automating processes enhancing efficiency and driving innovation within our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design test and deploy automation workflows ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes providing timely support to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Maintain and update existing automation solutions ensuring they remain effective and aligned with changing business needs.
  • Document automation processes and solutions creating comprehensive guides and manuals for future reference.
  • Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on the use of automation tools and solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology incorporating new techniques and tools as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation activities.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for automation within the organization.
  • Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback.
  • Support the companys mission by enhancing productivity and innovation through effective automation solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in UiPath development with proven experience in creating and managing automation workflows.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent reading and writing skills to facilitate clear communication.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful automation projects.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
