Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Systems Engineer where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional desktop support in an on-site work model. With 1 to 3 years of experience you will ensure seamless operations and contribute to the efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive desktop support to ensure smooth operation of IT systems in an on-site environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software for end-users.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to implement effective solutions and improve system performance.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all support activities.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to understand their technical needs and provide timely assistance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance support capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for desktop support and IT operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving support processes and efficiency.
  • Support the IT team in maintaining a secure and reliable IT infrastructure.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively to handle multiple support requests.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong understanding of desktop support and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in hardware and software configuration and maintenance.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with end-users and team members.
  • Show ability to work in an on-site model and adapt to changing environments.
  • Have experience in documenting technical issues and resolutions accurately.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Be familiar with industry-standard IT policies and procedures.
