Job Summary
The Legal Investigation Support team is responsible for pre-analyzing and directing different types of legal investigations involving individuals on digital platforms. The agent of this operation must deeply understand the impact and confidentiality of the information handled, knowing that any leak can lead to serious legal consequences for the employee and the company.
Responsibilities
· Analyze and direct legal requests received from competent authorities.
· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information processed.
· Maintain strict attention to details such as dates, nature of investigations and levels of urgency.
· Follow quality processes and operational KPIs with excellence.
· Constantly update on changes in internal processes and policies.
· Work autonomously and responsibly, without the need for micromanagement.
· Contribute to the integrity of legal processes and to effective support to authorities.
Qualifications
· Higher education completed or in progress (preferably).
· Written communication in Portuguese and English (intermediate level required).
· Ability to self-manage and correct errors quickly.
· Openness to feedback and continuous learning.
· Previous experience with legal activities.
· Courses or training in the legal field.
· Availability to work in São Paulo - Vila Olimpia
