Job Summary

The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault Migrations. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities and ensure seamless integration. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in day-to-day operations contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements to develop effective solutions using Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault Migrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed system requirements for enhancements
  • Design and implement system configurations to optimize Veeva functionalities and improve user experience
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva applications to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes and ensure quality assurance
  • Coordinate with IT teams to manage data migrations and integrations with Veeva Vault
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency
  • Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of Veeva systems
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system implementations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce operational costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business objectives
  • Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision-making

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault Migrations
  • Demonstrate proficiency in system analysis and configuration management
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Have experience in developing and executing test plans for system validation
  • Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Display strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Preferably have experience in training and documentation
  • Be familiar with industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrate analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements
  • Show capability in managing data migrations and integrations
  • Exhibit a strategic mindset for aligning systems with business goals.

    Veeva Certified Professional System Analysis Certification
