We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Learning and Content Associate to join our growing team.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Digital Learning and Content Associate, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences. You will lead the development of innovative instructional strategies and content across various formats including ILTs, WBTs, video-based learning, and micro-learning. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct learning needs analysis and define training strategies.
  • Design and develop instructional content for diverse learning formats.
  • Lead solutioning efforts including RFPs, PoCs, and proposals.
  • Serve as the senior reviewer and design lead on projects.
  • Mentor and manage instructional designers, identifying and addressing skill gaps.
  • Engage in client interactions, presentations, and relationship management.
  • Contribute to business development and client walkthroughs.
  • Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.

Necessary Skills and Experience

  • 8–11 years of experience in instructional design.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Humanities.
  • Certification in Instructional Design (preferred).
  • Expertise in ILTs, WBTs, and modern learning interventions (e.g., video, game-based, micro-learning).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and client relationships.
  • Familiarity with LMS projects and learning technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of tools like Captivate and Articulate is a plus.
  • English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.
