Job Summary

The Sr. Infra. Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced communication solutions. With expertise in Unified Communication the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality of Avaya and Cisco IP Telephony systems. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker to optimize infrastructure for enhanced performance and user experience.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust communication solutions using Avaya and Cisco IP Telephony systems to enhance organizational connectivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of communication technologies within existing infrastructure.
  • Analyze current telephony systems and propose improvements to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and guidelines for the deployment and maintenance of telephony solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex telephony issues promptly.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to upgrade and enhance telephony systems ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments to future-proof communication infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to manage telephony projects from conception to completion.
  • Implement security protocols to safeguard communication systems against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on telephony systems and best practices to foster a knowledgeable team environment.
  • Ensure user satisfaction by maintaining high-quality communication services and addressing feedback proactively.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new telephony solutions that can contribute to the companys growth and societal impact.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Unified Communication specifically with Avaya and Cisco IP Telephony systems.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess and improve telephony infrastructure.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Have a solid understanding of IP Telephony work models and their application in hybrid environments.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation for telephony solutions.
  • Display effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Preferably have certifications in Avaya and Cisco IP Telephony systems to validate expertise.
