Partner Advisor Agent (Pleno)

As a Partner Advisor Agent, you will make an impact is a dedicated POC for cloud partners who works across all stages of business development.

In this role, you will:

Product/Service Sales, Upselling

Lead Partner meetings and outbound emails, maintain contact with Partners, establish rapport and discuss business development needs and planning

Generate pipeline and revenue from business with assigned book of business

Explain technical products/solutions and value proposition to Partners of different verticals and sizes and explain how they meet customer needs

Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact and engage potential customers interested in evaluating products.

Manage business renewals and taxable income

Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation through initial pitching and pipeline qualification

Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process

Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects

Meet or exceed monthly sales quota

Reach out to existing customers to launch new ancillary products or increase spend on products currently used

Troubleshoot minor technical setup issues or escalate them to the relevant teams

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo - SP. What you need to have to be considered

Experience working in consultative solution selling in B2B environment for SaaS. IaaS or PaaS domains;

Understanding of cloud computing concepts and hyperscalers competitive landscape

Technical Bachelor's / Master's degree (CS/IS)

Spanish & Portuguese language proficiency - C1 or above certified, Advance English communication proficiency

Cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a plus

Outbound phone sales with a great phone manner; can handle a complex sales cycle that will have multiple contacts within a company

Account Management

Consult with our Senior Pg. to execute sales campaigns & deliver campaign analyzes

Work closely with cross-functional partners from our Product Adoption, Customer Success,

Manage all executional activities that drive cross-sell, renewal and upsell campaigns for multiple products

Analyze and report on results, delivering high-quality recommendations to business leaders several times per Quarter
