Data Analytics Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Partner Data Analyst to support our Propensity to Buy (P2B) program. This role will be crucial in analyzing customer data generating reports and communicating effectively with partners and project leads. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

Data Cleansing or Data Cleaning To improve the quality and accuracy of raw data making it suitable for analysis and modeling

To identify and correct or remove errors inconsistencies and inaccuracies within a dataset

Handling Missing Data Addressing missing values by either removing records imputing values or using other appropriate techniques

Removing Duplicates Eliminating redundant records that can skew analysis results

Correcting Inconsistencies Standardizing data formats correcting typos and resolving conflicting data entries

Addressing Outliers Identifying and handling extreme values that may distort analysis

Data Validation Ensuring that data conforms to predefined rules and standards

Customer Scoring Data Matching

Analyze provided customer lists and match them against existing scoring models to determine Propensity to Buy P2B scores

Assign a default score of 1 to customers not found in the scoring model

Reporting Presentation

Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to share P2B scoring results with partners

Partner Communication FollowUp

Proactively communicate completed customer lists to partners and provide necessary followup

Project Lead Communication Collaboration

Proactively communicate edge scenarios assistance requests and potential issues to project leads

Maintain regular communication cadences with project leads

Respond promptly to team communication and pings

Ad Hoc Reporting Analysis

Generate ad hoc reports and presentations related to the P2B project as needed

Location Availability

Work from a nearshore location or if offshore maintain North American working hours for optimal alignment

Service Level Agreement SLA Compliance

Return completed customer lists within the agreedupon 2448 hour SLA


Qualifications

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Google SheetsExcel eg pivot tables advanced formulas data visualization macros

Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Strong presentation skills using Google Slides with the ability to create impactful and informative presentations

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to create and deliver presentations

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

Organizational Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience

Experience in a partnerfacing role or related field is preferred

Experience in data analysis and reporting

Experience using CRM tools is a plus
