Job summary :
You will join our growing team of associate linguists working on an exciting Natural Language Processing Program. You understand that language data is the underpinning of all current language technologies. You love practical language analysis as well as theoretical. You're quick to learn and implement new label sets. You are a native-level speaker of the required language and fluent in English.
Key responsibilities :
You are a key member of the Language Experts linguist Team, closely monitoring and evaluating responses quality for your locale. You will be tasked to support the development of LLM and the ongoing development of our Natural Language Processing (NLP) Program.
Large Language Model (LLM) Development (85% of time)
· Collaborating with the cross-locale team of Language Experts, you transform task-specific challenges and observations into valuable insights and process improvement suggestions.
· Rate/Evaluate LLM Content according to Guidelines applying linguistic and contextual understanding produce Rating outcomes of the highest quality standard.
· Data Analysis and Evaluation: Linguists meticulously analyze evaluation data to identify patterns, successes, and areas for improvement across various releases.
· Contextualized Guidance: Linguists create language-specific evaluation guidelines and instructions to provide tailored support and enhance model performance.
· Quality Control: Provide feedback and conduct quality assessments on evaluations and rewrites, ensuring that human-generated data aligns with the linguistic nuances and expectations of each language. Qualifications & Skills
Natural Language Processing (NLP) Program (15% of time)
· Annotate linguistic data and contribute to grammar development work
· Process and regress Field annotators defects
· Identify and address gaps in annotations
· Evaluate, update, and distribute annotation guidelines
· Monitor data acquisition and curation
· Run Test Scripts – Interpret results - debugging Issues which arise
