Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role is pivotal in driving mobile application development for our company. With expertise in iOS Android and React Native the candidate will contribute to creating seamless user experiences. This position involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on enhancing customer experience in the food services domain.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using iOS Android and React Native technologies to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test new features that enhance the customer experience in the food services domain.
  • Analyze user requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business goals and improve application functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous application availability.
  • Optimize application performance by implementing best practices in coding and architecture to enhance speed and efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the development process.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure applications meet aesthetic and functional requirements for an enhanced user experience.
  • Conduct regular testing and debugging to identify and rectify potential issues before deployment.
  • Document application processes and updates to maintain clear communication and facilitate future development efforts.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving mobile technology landscape.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes to align development efforts with company objectives. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in iOS Android and React Native development demonstrating a proven track record in mobile application projects.
  • Have experience in the food services domain understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this industry.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality applications.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in mobile technology.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly applications that enhance customer satisfaction.
