Job Description: Ad Optimization Analyst

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ads Optimization Analyst to manage and optimize paid search, video, shopping, and display campaigns for global clients.. This role is key in driving campaign performance improvements, optimizing key metrics, and ensuring the seamless execution of Ads strategies to meet client KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize high-performing Ads campaigns across Search, Video, Shopping/PMax, and Display/Demand Gen. This includes keyword research (Leverage tools in Ads such as Performance Planner, Reach Planner, Keyword Planner), bidding strategies, ad copy optimization, budget allocation, campaign structuring, targeting, performance tracking, and resolving product listing issues. Experience with PMax, Demand Gen and Discovery campaigns is a plus.

Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analysis tools and Optiscore insights to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement

Proactive Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve campaign performance across all channels, ensuring client KPIs are met or exceeded.

Communication & Reporting: Draft clear and concise emails to communicate campaign strategies, optimizations, and performance updates to clients and stakeholders. Demonstrate strong storytelling abilities to craft compelling success stories and effectively present data-driven insights.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically Ads management (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Pmax, Demand Gen).

Ads Certification: Must have a valid Ads certification obtained within the last 6 months.

Hands on experience on MS Office : Should have good knowledge on Excel and be able to use data tables, pivots and advanced excel formulas (Mandatory).

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to tasks.

Client Exposure: Exposure to working with global clients and an understanding of cross-cultural contexts and international brands
