Test lead/Manager
Location: Medley, FL
Required Qualifications:
• Lead and manage complex projects.
• Telecom domain knowledge.
• Java, Selenium,
• API testing
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of resources.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, leveraging expertise in Java, Selenium, and Advanced Java.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and and standard processes.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting collaboration and innovation.
