Job summary

The Technology Specialist role is pivotal in driving technological advancements within our organization. With a focus on SFDC Lightning Integration and Configuration the candidate will enhance our systems and processes. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies to optimize solutions and improve business outcomes. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SFDC Lightning solutions to enhance user experience and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SFDC integration across various platforms.
  • Configure Salesforce systems to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFDC applications to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on SFDC best practices.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for SFDC configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize SFDC applications.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and incorporate them into existing systems.
  • Document technical processes and configurations for future reference and training purposes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized SFDC solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all SFDC implementations.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new features and functionalities within Salesforce to enhance business operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in SFDC Lightning development and customization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Integration techniques and tools.
  • Have a strong background in SFDC Configuration and system optimization.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
